According to the latest update from the Associated Press, the jury is asking questions about particular elements of charges against the defendants. The jurors’ written notes indicate that they are struggling to reach a verdict. Judge Perry has instructed them to declare a hung jury if they cannot reach a unanimous decision. Perry even invited the jurors back for additional legal guidance or re-read of testimonies, if needed. But as of now, there is no indication of when this may or may not happen. Well,yesterday the trial ended and the jury came up with a mixed bag. If the jury was a little confused, I can understand because now that the verdict has been read, I must admit I am a little confused also. I am eagerly awaiting your comments on this.
Seems like Michael Jackson’s doctor would face no consequences if he had this jury. Also seems to me Dr. Kapoor should be held to a higher standard of conduct and I wish the Medical Board would investigate him.
